Hi All! Just encountered a problem and a guy (STUDENT) told me to post my problem here so here I am
I think I am the newest guy around here in this game and don't know a thing about it so any help would be appreciated.
So I just downloaded and updated the client of this game and thought to give the offline tutorial a shot. I completed the TUTORIAL-1 without any problems but on TUTORIAL-2 just when the lady trainer says that she is now going to show me how to turn the ship and etc and then flies off the screen my whole screen turns black except for the HUD and other options. (i.e. i can't see no marking and ships or any asteroids except my radar)
Also my game crashes whenever i click on JOIN GAME on any server available via ONLINE PLAY.

Any suggestions?

Training mission issue:
It's a know issue, a few people run into it for years.
Just skip that tutorial and continue with the next one...
Crash on joining game:
Do you have any mods installed or are you using a clean install?

I'm afraid that only the arena tutorial will work on r7 in this case.
Could you try launching beta allegiance and playing the tutorial there?
Also We'd like to know your os, how much physical ram and what gfx card do you have.

I didn't succeed to run the training on 4 very different computers (#238), it magically worked on r8...

I ran the game again this afternoon and it worked smooth as a hot knife through butter
all i did was to restart my lappy and close all startups
Utorrent and LOL client were taking too much RAM
Also as I said I am new so NO MODs. I use Win8 and have a lappy with 2GB RAM. Thanks!!

Thanks for all the help guys but my issue is resolved
So, after completing the tutorial what shall i do? Play Online? (there is hardly anyone online
)
Or keep practicing? Is there any thing like alliances in this game? Also i registered in the FLight School what happened to it? :?
