ok not everything but the part about prox only lasting 15 seconds the first 4 of which it's inactive? Complete and utter horse@#(!. Prox has 15 seconds of active time. Minepack is a little tighter and I'm not entirely sure what's going on there... but either way we can finally stop telling people that bull@#(! that prox is only active for 11 seconds.

Did you actually watch the video? The prox is on the field for 19 seconds. So either a) it's not functioning for 8 seconds or b) it's active for 15 seconds.

did you really not know this? I know I was taught correctly back when I did cadet...
Just telling you upfront so you dont take another couple years to notice this, prox 2 and 3 last even longer (3s more each level), and prox 3 even covers a larger area (25% more radius)!
