Tltr? German company claims to have found rogue fake cell towers which may be used to "manipulate" your cellphone.

Yeah, and every cell phone booster is 'rogue' as well. I have two old cdma boosters (outdated) sitting on my shelf. You had to configure your cell phone to use them, because they were not considered 'home network'.

I think if you turn off roaming they can't see as much.....
