I tried to get my 10 year old son an account on the forums, but didn't know there was a forum age limit. There is a parental consent form, but it doesn't tell you where to send it. Can I get him an account online
or provide consent without filling out a form and faxing it...I don't mind e-mailing a form...but who faxes things these days anyway? I tried to go back and lie about his age, but it remembers his pc.
Please e-mail me with some resolution to this issue.

Thanks,
Fish

I ran into that problem, it remembers your browser. So if you tried it first on internet explorer, you can't do it again on internet explorer. Try using another browser like Chrome. That is how I solved it.
So in short, it does not remember your pc, but the browser program. ( by cookies I think )
hope this helps
