I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 and I would like to know how to install Allegiance with Wine.

I havent used Ubuntu for months, but my previous experiences with .Net framework programs and Linux distros would be to try to use a program called "mono"

There is no official support for FreeAllegiance under Wine.

Main problem is the authentication client (ACSS).

Maybe this topic can help you:

I seem to recall that the other problem was that allegiance simply did not run well on wine at all.

AFAIK you could run it in a VM and request pkk to white-list your account for VMs.
