takes forever to load the "home" module of this forum.

http://www.freeallegiance.org/forums/index.php?act=home

that happens to also be the link on the home page.

workaround: change the link on the homepage to http://www.freeallegiance.org/forums/index.php untill you can figure out the slowness

I've been bypassing it to go straight to "getnew" instead.

Seems like pook's old ASGS plugin was still in place (running in background). It took 2 mins until PHP noticed the timeout from asgs.alleg.net...

Should be fixed now.

awesome. now that i have your attention please add a retry button to acss when it's unable to make the initial connect. the default yes button brings you to offline mode. add a third button or change the default to "try again / retry"
