First the lie
I immediately thought shenanigans and went to check
Percentage of US population based on race
White: 78.1 or 63.4 (if Hispanics are not counted as white)
Black: 13.1
Everyone else: 19.8 or 36.6
Total population in 313.9 Million (est. based off 2010 census)
White: 245.2 or 199.0
Black: 41.1
While not the actual eligible voters in the US it does give us a squint at things
Presidential election
58.7 of eligible people voted total 126.8 mill
Meaning there are est. 216 million eligible voters
If every single person who isn't white voted .366 percent
79.1 mill
meaning whites have to make up the other 47.7 mil votes
Total eligible black voters (est. based on percent of the population) if every single one voted 28.3 mill
Therefore it isn't even possible
But just you wait you will see this "fact" said again and again and again until it is no longer challenged
edit: fixed a cut and paste error
