So a few of you know one of the reasons why I haven't been around in about a year is that I spent a good portion of last year hiking on the Appalachian Trail in the US. The AT is a 2184.7 mile long trail running from Georgia to Maine, crossing through 14 states in the process. It takes between 4-6 months to complete in one go, called Thru-Hiking.
I'll be leaving again in a few weeks to hike again, starting in Georgia and heading north to Maine. When I hike this year I'm making sure I keep my TrailJournal blog updated whenever I hit town, so I figured I'd post it up here because I know you guys get so interested in a wide variety of insanity.
My Trailname is Doc Spice
So follow me as I walk! Ask some questions if you'd like to know more, or even let me know if I pass close to you! Here is an interactive map you can use to see where I'll be hiking! Love you all!
