During the past weeks/months, Dome organizing several events. I don't see any reason why not giving him control over the old Event Zone.
After getting in contact with BEER, he said he doesn't have much time to continue his work as Head of Enforcement. That's why Enforcement falls back into Papsmear's hands.
I wish our new/old leaders continuing success.
