How exactly do I import a key map into Allegiance?
I tried to import the Steady-Hands keybindings, but when I played a training mission just to check that the bindings were active, I found they had not changed?
Can anyone shed light on this for me?
Thanks,

Training missions override your keymapings with the original ones, since they're designed around the originals. In order to test out your keybindings in a training mission, open the edit keybinding panel and save it. This will set it to the ones you normally use.

Okay, I'll be sure to try that.
I also got into an actual game to see if they worked there, but the controls had not changed. Therefore I think the problem might be that I'm putting them in the wrong folder. Should I be putting these files in the Artwork folder under Beta? There are 2 Artwork folders, one under the folder Beta and one under the folder Production.

No, not the beta one. It should be C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Allegiance\Artowork - No subfolders. SHould be inputmap1.mdl

Funny, I don't have a folder for Allegiance under Microsoft Games in "Program Files"; however, I DO have it in "Program Files (x86)". Yet the folder for Allegiance found there has nothing inside, and I have to go into Allegiance 1.2 to find Artwork.
The only thing is, there are two folders for Artwork when I look into Allegiance 1.2.
Don't really know what's going on. It isn't much of a setback to joining a game or anything, but just makes me look like I'm playing a Level 7 piece for Piano during the game.

I haven't played in a bit, so yeah, Alleg 1.2 is where it is. Production would be the folder you should put it in.
