the apple special event on the iphone 5 just makes me laugh, so full of lies and marketing spin.... apple has fallen way behind all they can do is sue their competitors

apple can $#@! it up all they want as long as they keep releasing nicely designed products, their focus changed long ago from technology to selling trends and the idea that you're cool, creative and innovative cause you use an apple @#(!.

Bit of a nothing really wasn't it? A bit faster, a bit longer, a bit thinner. Not really ground breaking innovation is it?

every release is full of spin and marketing, could you at least wait until people get their hands on the product to start spewing the hate.

why does it feel like every android fanboi has a massive inferiority complex and is COMPELLED to post childish things about products that haven't even been RELEASED.

I own an iPhone 4S, I love it, great phone. my previous phones were an iPhone 3G, a blackberry and a nokia (i upgrade about once every 3.5 years or more).

I have looked at droid phones, and most of the ones I wanted were not released in the US, we used Galaxy S2s at work and broken them like mad. I think the Galaxy S3 is probably one of the sexiest phones on the market.

Would I happily own a droid? yes. am I going to ditch my perfectly fine iphone? no. am I going to rush out and buy the new iphone? no.

TL;DR - Don't be a fanboi, no-one likes fanbois. I don't like apple or droid fanbois, they should be locked in a room together and armed only with press releases, afterwards we add the console fanbois and let nature sort it out.

It's really sad when k10's response is far more sensible than your post.

When was the last time when an iterative smartphone release was revolutionary in any way? It's thinner, twice as fast, has a bigger screen, higher resolution, incremental software updates and supports LTE. What the $#@! do you want?

I just find it interesting that apple seem happy to relinquish the top spot to probably Samsung in terms of features. the design is still there although I wonder if it might not be time for a more radical change to the iPhone look.

And is it so terrible that people who are interested in technology and the suchlike might want to discuss this? If you don't enjoy it you don't have to read it.

Apple is not likely to maintain their prowess as they have, with the loss of Mr Jobs.

I reckon
