1. Uninstall Allegiance.
2. Download CCleaner and run it. On the left hand side select "Registry" and then click "scan for issues" on the bottom of the page. Place a checkmark next to any reference of Allegiance. Do this TWICE because CCleaner will find more after your first cleaning.
3. Reboot your PC.
4. Right click the Allegiance installer and select "Run as administrator".
5. Once allegiance is installed, don't run it yet. Right click on the Allegiance shortcut on your desktop and select "open file location"....then double click the Allegiance.exe file, NOT THE ASGSClient.exe file.
6. Allegiance will start...click "Free Games" and Allegiance will do a little download and update files...after it completes, exit the game.
7. Close all the open windows and go back to your desktop and right click the "Allegiance" shortcut and select "Run as administrator".
8. Log in using your account name and password and join us on the Free Game servers.
9. Enjoy

No, it's an installation issue that requires a "FIX" to correct.

Restricted permissions and non existant elements are now the problem due to this INSTALLATION ISSUE.
