So I saw a few days ago the
new video - it seems some games will start with you being dropped out of a dropship... [edit] It seems the cockpit in the teaser trailer is what you get in-game -
linky [/edit]
Today I find out that the game will have
two reticles - one for the torso (fixed where the torso is pointing) and one for the arms (which you can move about - provided your mech has arms).
I hope it's as good as I expect it to be

I've heard talk that they've tested it on multi-monitors and they've been in contact with peripheral manufactures about using multiple input devices (and I hope that includes trackIR).
Anyway I'm rather excited about this and thought some people here might want to know that they are releasing more details at the moment and they are exhibiting it at
GDC - which starts in roughly 14 hours.

I played MPBT on AOL/Gamestorm and eventually MPBT 3025 religiously. All the "old timers" from those communities are coming back and forming up into the same Houses/Units again. It's a MAJOR community revival.

It looks bad though
The MW series was amazingly alive (it might've just been my force feedback that made it that way though). These guys are getting hit with missiles (and firing them) but they're not even shaking.
Boo.
What's the point of playing if you don't FEEL like you're piloting a giant $#@!ing mech..
aww yeah.
If it works with force feedback then I'm all for it however

I'm more of a fan of faster paced mech-combat. I.E. Armored Core.
I still look forward to this

Fast paced, yet realistic enough.
