People having problems getting on beta in the past.

Spunky posted some instructions for manual install, but that is also not perfect (requires knowledge).

So let's put everything into a fancy installer. No need to deal with registry, missing DLLs, whatever... Just run it and that's it.

Installer has been updated (includes latest build of R6).

VS runtimes will now installed by default, but can be deselected.
