i had some other sidenotes that i was going to post with this but i forgot what they were, so, you just get this right now

General Changes:
    Faction Attributes:
        Miner He3 capacity and He3 yield have been standardized across the board at 1. Future economic adjustments to specific factions will focus on He3 speed and the cost modifier.
    
    Garrison:
        Small Shields (all levels):
            Recharge rates have been increased to give these greater out-of-combat performance.
            Signature penalty has been restored to .5 [.25]
        
        Medium Shields (all levels):
            Recharge rates have been increased to give these greater out-of-combat performance.
        
        Std Carrier Drone:
            Hull reduced to 2400 [3000]
            Energy recharge reduced to 60 [80]
            Top speed increased to 65 m/s [50]
            All carrier drone build times reduced to 60s [120]
        
        Enh Carrier Drone:
            Hull reduced to 3300 [4000]
            Max energy increased to 2600 [2400]
            Top speed increased to 80 m/s [70]
    

    Supremacy:
        Hvy Booster (all levels):
            Improved slightly.
        
        Minepack 1:
            Mass reduced to 1 [3]    
        
        Minepack 2:
            Mass reduced to 1 [3]
            Radius increased to 100 [75]
        
        Fighter/Bombers:
            Disabled.
    
    Expansion:
        He3 Yield GAs:
            Disabled
    
    Tactical:
        Signature Cloak (all levels):
            The length of time required before maximum signature reduction is achieved has been slightly increased.

        Sniper 2:
            Now requires an advanced tac to be accessible. 
        
        Hunter 3:
            Now requires an advanced tac to be accessible.
        
    
    Shipyard:
        General Changes:
            Nanite modifier (DM10) vs. Heavy/extra heavy hull increased to .6 [.25]
        
        Assault Ships:
            Attack Carriers must now first be researched before these are available.
        
        Gunships:
            Can now rip to smallrip receivers.
        
        Corvettes:
            These have been adjusted and are now proper successors to gunships, capable of being deployed from any base.
        
        PD Vulcans/PDE Lasers:
            Projectile speeds and dispersion have been adjusted for overall increased performance.
        

Faction Changes:
    Bios:
        General Attributes:
            Cost increased to .75 [.5]
                                
    
    Belters:
        General Attributes:
            He3 Yield reduced to 1 [1.25]
            Cost reduced to 1 [1.25]    
    
    Dregkhlar:
        General Attributes:
            He3 Yield reduced to 1 [1.25]
            Cost reduced to 1 [1.2]
            Base costs have been adjusted to compensate.
            Starting money will remain unchanged to provide Dreg with a stronger opening game.
        
        Expansion:
            Interceptors (All levels):
                Scale slightly reduced.
    
    Gigacorp:
        General Attributes:
            Ship Hull increased to .9 [.85]
        Garrison:
            Carriers:
                Gigacorp’s carriers now work like every other faction.
    
    Rixian Unity:
        General Attributes:
            He3 Speed increased to 1 [.85]
    
    Technoflux:
        General Attributes:
            He3 Speed reduced to 1.2 [1.5]
        Garrison:
            Miners:
                All levels of TF miners no longer inherently recharge energy. They must be docked in order to replenish their energy reserves.
            
            Scouts:
                These now use miniguns instead of gats.
                Ammo per clip reduced to 400 [600]        
                Scale slightly increased.
            
            Adv Scouts:
                These now use miniguns instead of gats.
                Ammo per clip reduced to 400 [600]
                Scale slightly increased.
        
        Supremacy:
            Hvy Plas Gen1/2:
                Mass reduced to 1 [3]
    Omicron Hive:
        General Attributes:
            Research time reduced to 2 minutes [5 minutes]
        
        Shipyard:
            EW Skyripper:
                Range increased to 2000m (2220, modified by faction’s .9 EW range to 2k) [1440m]
            
            EW Hvy Seismic:
                Omicron Hive now receives this for free with Shipyard.
            
            Devastators:
                Maneuverability has been significantly increased.

the latter two are mostly targeted at belters - if they have an adv tac and hunter 3/sniper 2 and it gets destroyed, they don't get to keep flying around in hunter 3/sniper 2 SFs

Just saying, but I think you might want to change the projectile for the TF PD Laser, unless it's intended that it's almost impossible to see.

A lot of this comes down to what 'slightly' means in game.. in terms of affect on heavy boost and cloak quickness.

Seems like Carriers will almost always be used for early game now no matter the faction. Only more care will be needed to drive them correctly since less HP.

Expanding with ops/tps and carriers and then going sy for carrier ripping GS and then op launching Corvs seems like it will be overplayed at first.

TF miner energy changes are cool.

Since no fbs sup will again rely on XRM heavy bombers. Just as effective but more expensive. w/e

Don't know why yield GA was removed. It has provided a lot of luls based on people deciding to buy it or not. The choice of the commander to buy yield is proven to be right or wrong depending on a bunch of things in his and his team's knowledge and control.

OH SY rush will be overplayed now. Sy rush in general will be overplayed.

But eh. It'll be interesting to see how these feel in game. Not too hard to remember them.. Still better than CC.

There are quite good XRMs and hvy bbrs in XC. With nan3 and new med3 you can do good tp2 reg bbr runs.
