OK, this may help people improve their game. Make a faction with no weapons and the ability to rip to any sector, and no collision with other ships, invisible to the other factions. Then make it only available during squad games. This way, people can watch the techniques of a squad game and learn how to fly better, without anyone messing up the game.

or join cadet, and observe or even fly in a squadgame. from f3 and mumble you don't have to be in the heat, you can see everything and get a feel for it all.
