What they cause all the problems, maybe they should fix them.

Of course, its a 10-year plan, so most of the politicians who elect this can be out of office or retired from elected politics by that time, including at least one (maybe two) presidents. Its ambitious, but I highly doubt it will last long enough to do any good, regardless of whether or not it gets passed in the first place.

They cause there to be an economy that creates jobs, has innovation, and drives investment? If it really is an issue, why don't you move to the UK?

Kill the millionaires, take their @#(!, pay off all federal, state, and local debt, divy up the rest.

Done.

It's something like 40% for +£100k so I don't think it's unreasonable to have +£1000k pay 45%

Hard times, gentlemen. Don't expect the average person to weep for the rich.

Luckily the rich can fend for themselves though, especially in the US. The electoral system strongly favors those with wealth, so don't expect your representational government to pass reform that will hurt the wealthy. Even during the time when the DNC controlled Congress and the Presidency they couldn't stand by cutting the bush tax cuts even for the top earners.

Good luck getting them to repeal ALL the bush tax cuts.
