We keep track of how long a game has been going, but, for amusement at least, a clock to keep track when the last game ended before the next one will start will be at least humourous and may encourage quicker starting games.
That'll just lead to people either whining loudly in NOAT every 2 seconds or someone logging in and saying "clearly noone intends to start a game anytime soon so I'll just close down Allegiance and play game X instead".
