Assuming no garr tech or SY most people go expansion, as in most cases it seems hvy ints > all

do people ever use IC TAC? do the sf's still have a 20% energy bonus,10% missle bonus,10% utl dmg bonus, and a 5% hull bonus? i guess the hull bonus wouldn't matter much.

IC Tacspansion is still very deadly, especially if their is a lot of money on the map. Whether you get tac or exp first depends on how you feel about your team and your opponents.

The high sig hurts early on, so with exp sig upgrades and cloak 2, u get some damned good SFs.
