Confirm that you have the following installed:

* .Net 2.0 [X] Yep!

Problem Encountered at Step #: Attempting to Log In "Invalid Key"
Which Program (ASGS/Allegiance): ASGS
What Error Message: Attempting to Log In.
Comments (What you tried, description, etc): Searched the forums... Didn't see anyone else try running it on Parallels 3.0. Direct X 9 is supported and installed. .Net2 is supported and installed. Any ideas?

If all else fails, I do have a PC w/Windows 7 installed and it works just fine. The only issue is we have that set up to our HDTV and the wife is not a huge fan of me playing in the living room.

Anyway, any ideas? I have a Mac Book Pro... Someday I will install Windows 7 on it and see if it'll work... but I don't feel up to dropping the $$ for another copy of 7...

Thanks for your help!

Hmm. I suspect its because ASGS doesn't like you running it on Parallels 3.0 - is that some sort of VM then?

I know players have run Alleg. on macs using Bootcamp etc. (XP should be fine to run alleg. by the way) - but I'm not sure it'll run on Parallels

Yeah, it's a VM thatruns on Mac OS as an app allowing you to run Windows and Mac OS X simultaneously.

I suppose you're right about not liking the VM. I'll keep trying my way around it... If I find anything out I'll be sure to post it.

Wiki link.
To save you time and effort: ASGS will NOT let you log in on any OS run under a VM, as it will not be able to access the physical hardware. It was built that way to prevent ban cisrcumvention using VMs ;)
Either install XP using Bootcamp, or you won't be able to play, sorry :(
