the new TF model for the int is a monster
it is thinner, and that carved out front makes it even harder to hit.
this needs to be nearly 20% larger
apply even the slimmest amount of lag, and you can't shoot the thing, its so small that most gunmounts miss at least 1 gun at all times.
TF exp has become the new push button win faction

A quick & dirty comparison:

Darker colors make it harder to aim at. Brighten up the textures a bit and it'd be much better.

clearly after 1 game psy has deduced all the intricacies that make tf ints hard to hit
because they havent been hard to hit ever before the new models

Rain did a good job making the TF int's hitboxes hull conforming. It's not perfectly conforming, but it's close enough that this is a more appropriate comparison.

are those backwards? because that makes it look like the arms are OUTSIDE of the hitbox...

If its that much of a problem to see TF ints, you could add "running lights" to a few points on the top and bottom of the model. It would keep the look and shape of the current model and make it easier to see. Making a copy of the blue glowing bands on the top and bottom of the TF int model. If there's enough demand I'll even do it.
Mind you, I don't really have any opinion on hitting TF ints. I suck enough at aiming that I think all the models are too small.
Based on that comparison, the issue doesn't look to be the size of the model, its more of a visibility problem.
Although if I had my way I'd paint all the ships black so only the engine glow could be seen. Muahahahahaha!

alright, so i went and tested the hitbox, it is TINY. That picture outlines the rough OUTSIDE of the hit detection. I was able to SHOOT THROUGH THE MODEL IN MULTIPLE PLACES. To top that off, the whole middle between the 2 front parts is empty.
If you dont believe me, go check yourself, this was done with a SF using sniper from nearly perfectly above.
that hitbox picture, is very, VERY wrong.

You do realize the hitbox compellor drew was for the
IC int right?
