Ok another question. I have two starting sectors (for each team), i.e thy both ontail garrission, like in EastWest. so how do I set the primary garission between the two (again like in EastWest)

The first garrison you make is the primary garrison where all cons and miners will start.

I believe in goes by oldest base, just like in game.
