I was thinking about it, why not add phoenix and possibly effix to the cc_##?
I do know that phoenix is pure cheese, but why not de-perk it? (as in make a nova bomb cost lots and/or weaker, make drones more expensive ect.)
Just throwing it out there... I could make the game play a little more fun.

Several reasons
There's a limit to the number of Factions that can be included in a core which we are getting close too when the new faction (OH) is releasedI don't know about Effix, but Phoenix has potential issues in that it's creator was quite protective of his core (dn) that it was created on Each of them would need heavy rebalancing to fit in. Which is a lot of work for the core devs
