Some players fly with their F4 cargo menu on, but I think the background for the cargo list obstructs my view too much.
Therefore I have removed the backgrounds for both the F4 cargo menu as well as minimap. I have also removed the background for the F6 player list and F5 Investment menu (partially, due to a bmp.mdl file that I have yet to find).
Filelist is in the readme. N-joy.

It actually looks pretty sweet to me, and I'm sure players using this on low resolutions would see a lot of difference.

The difference between this software HUD and the original MS software HUD is that the backgrounds are omitted (obviously
) and that the status messages such as Autopilot, Vector Lock, etc. will always be invisible until you turn the corresponding function on.

AMP1 Preloader

This loads ingame music before you play. Under normal circumstances, the game loading the music for each situation will cause itself to freeze momentarily. To use, go to training mission 1 and hold down enter until you return to the list of missions. No more ingame freezes!
Originally this was meant for Mesial to host on his site, but it didn't appear there for some reason (no hard feelings, Mesial
). When I checked my Mediafire uploads a few months later, the AMP1 and AMP2 preloaders disappeared mysteriously 
It will take me some time to rebuild the AMP2 preloader.
