I use windows vista and 7. Neither of them which allegiance is in work. What should i do.

First you should fill out the template found
here. Then try the Wiki for some answers to your problem, letting us know your problem would be nice also. e.g. Error Messages

I use 7 and Alleg works fine. Something's wrong on your end.
