Things I really should do:
Standardize how maps look so it's easy to tell if they are similar.
Name them better.
Make mappack 3 quicker.

Oh, meant to chime in:
Cobalt is a bit borked. Your home is about 1.5 fuel loads from their home, which means that this map gets dominanted by IC (since IC lt ints > Dreg lt ints) as they "push" one sector next to your home, boost their ints in to kill your opening cons, and then build in the middle. It's like you did to copper what the dev team did to HiHigher, but you forgot to make the alephs in the middle low-sig and far-as-hell apart from each other.
