So TC kept bugging me to post again, and since I didn't make a new topic like Notjar told me to, here goes...


Windows Version (and Service Packs): VISTA
Processor Speed: ~1.7GHz
RAM: 1014MB
Video Card (Make and Model#): Mobile Interl® 945 Express Chipset Family
Sound Card (Make and Model#): Realtek
Connection Type (Dialup, Cable, DSL, other): DSL
Modem (Make and Model#):
Router (Make and Model#): 2wire
Internet Service Provider(company name): ATT
Location(State/Province/Locality, and Country):USA
Installed Mods: none
Make and Version of firewall:
Make and version of anti-virus: mcaffee

Confirm that you have the following installed: * .Net 2.0 [YES ]

Problem Encountered at Step #: (read the "What Should Happen" for this step#) 13, happens at random times during a game or NOAT
Which Program (ASGS/Allegiance): asgs; if firefox is open @ time of crash it will also close
What Error Message:

i tried reinstalling, deleting filelist.txt, and prolly somethin else i can't remember atm
also noticed a popup thingy that says something like "graphics driver stopped working and has recovered", but i'm not sure if it was at the same time as the crashes or unrelated

Really? You can get in game with Mcafee AV?

I thought it blocked all attempts.

Anyway - to the problem at hand -
Try the tips here to get your system info.

My graphic driver crashs from time to time too, but Allegiance/Freelancer/whatever can handle it.
