Should be renamed "Game Control"

"Game Controller" should be about using X-Box controllers instead of joysticks.

I couldn't find an article on using console controllers, so I added a note at the top of "Game Controller" that directs people looking for info on input devices to the "Mouse vs. Joystick" page, which I think is the closest thing the wiki's got. If anyone wants to add info on usign x-box or other controllers, it could be mentioned on that page; or if you want to make a new page, it should at least be linked from the Mouse vs. Keyboard page, and then the note I added to the Game Controller page could be edited appropriately.

In any case, I don't think "Game Controller" itself should be changed, since... it accurately describes what the term means in Allegiance, and only a few people use x-box controllers and the like anyway. A disambiguation note like the one I added might be a better option -- or at least, that's what I feel.
