Hmm, I think you're right. Looks like this was an issue in CC_06 as well, but nobody noticed. I believe hvy counters are still unintentionally useless though, although to my knowledge it hasn't been tested recently. For those of you curious, hvy counters supposedly drop from the exact center of the capship. Meaning a spoofed missile would still track into the ship and hit it.

As for the ship speed GA, I believe it is intentionally priced at 4K. All other first level GAs are 20% cheaper than the second level, so speed probably got the reduction too for consistency. None of the GA prices have been changed in any CC release yet though.

I think Hvy counter should be tied to small one. I don't see myself buying those ever.

looking in ice hvy counters are extremely powerful, while regular cm "strengths" are
1: 1.5
2: 2.25
3: 3.375

Heavy CMs are
1: 3
2: 4.5
3. 6.75

Now I dont recall the missle vs cm spoofing equation, and I'm fairly certain the last time i read it wasnt very simple or easy to remember, but If CM resistance for missles and CM strength are on a 1:1 ratio, Hvy counters and their upgrades would be extremely valuable for dealing with any type of tracking missle (dumbfires, killers, and killer swarm have the highest cm resistance with 3 and 4.5). If we could get them to launch properly it might help with sy's resistance to sup

Except that the problem with the sup/sy matchup isn't the dumbfire missiles it's the dis3 and galvs.

1 dumb2 does as much damage as 3 dis2's in a second against caps

Also according to TEK a fig can continuously fire 3 dis2 for ~ 6.5-7 seconds.
