I can't get my Personal Photos to log so I can get an updated pic for my profile can anyone help?!

I believe you have to pay/donate to be a Supporter, before you can host your pictures here. (In My controls-> purchase paid subscription). You should be able to link your picture if you host it somewhere else though.

I've got a personal pic and I'm not a supporter.

I think you need at least 50 posts to use these function...

As of right now, all "Member"s can not use the PM system.
When a member has posted 10 times, they will be promoted to a Member+ and are granted PM rights
When they reach 50 posts, they become a Community Member and can vote in polls.
Supporter and Supporter+ can still PM, and everyone who's currently a Member+ should become a Community Member as soon as they make their next post.
I've also deleted all of this user's PMs like the last one.
