Dorjan (dregh) vs jbourne (IC)
hihiger
1.0 1.0

- we launch a rush to their home high and manage to bag a miner in their home
- their op goes up midlow (not pushed) while they do a great job putting pressure on our op con high and exp con midhigh
- we have to reroute the cons and finally our op plants low by their home, exp goes up midlow by our home, and we get a tp high
- they plant their op midhigh, and their exp goes up behind it
- our op cons get chased again but we manage to get an op midhigh by our home and an op high by their home
- miner o picks up on both sides, we have enh miners at this point and manage to mine more
- they get bbrs, we manage to d our exp midhigh thx to eyeing their bbrs early
- we get mini2, low op dies
- somewhere around this time we get hvy ints, rebuild low, Idan ninjas a miner middle, we get adv miners, their first speci con dies, all of their miners die (we lose a miner as well IIRC)
- they mount an awesome miner rush low and manage to kill an adv miner low finishing it off with a spectacular ram
- we get sup high by our home along with all the goodies
- after some rock scraping we manage to finish upping the sup and get galves (at this point all the rocks in our sectors have been mined at least once)
- we galv midhigh, their 2nd speci con reaches a rock by their exp, goes up, and dies soon after to few galvers that manage to make it to the rock
- we galv midlow, put ops midlow and midhigh, get adv cons and push a sy con to their exp
- we have enough money at this point to up the sy once it goes up
- we launch 3 frigs as their resign passes

Great job on both sides. Good job trying to prevent our expansion early on SF/ACE, and some really nice aleph camping throughout the game. Had it not been for acts of selfless beacon dumping by a few dedicated scouts you would have managed to bomb much more then just the op low. Great job on miner D/O SRM/RT, and our ability to be in so many places, doing important things at any given time, amazes me.

This was one of the best, most intense games I have commed, and a real eye opener for me as to the weaknesses/strengths of SG grade dregh/IC. Most importantly, it was great fun, so thank you for allowing me to comm this SRM/RT :D

It took them 30 mins from adv sup (with galv) till the point where we were sick of it and resigned. I don't know how they did it, but they managed to slow the game down an incredible amount, getting no endgame or just not using it. So, when we got sick of them not ending it, we resigned.

No offense to jbourne, but why did you have him command?

Resigning was wrong. I couldn't believe the majority went for it :glare:

I didnt see that happen, but then I was too busy lamecamping their exp with Hull2 Boost3 IC Heavy int.
Otherwise, thanks for the log and reminding me of my ref solo in your exp sector at 13:09. Pointless in the big scheme but fun.

Didnt realise it got so bitchy on AC. Or that specmines, although able to save you can kill you just as easy with their cost.

Thoroughly enjoyed this game... and honestly we weren't trying to drag it out. After our 2+ hour game against PK/BS last week where they made a comeback we didn't want to take any chances so had to take you out... I guess I can kind of understand the resign but I don't like resigns in sg's.

Great job JB, like how you kept expanding, you weren't as vocal on TS but great job!

Just to point it out SF wasn't the one who started it, but sadly some voted for it. Our policy is to never resign.
