This is actually entirely possible. Funnily enough, I had the same idea whilst sitting in NOAT the other day.
I already have SQL code to generate boots/hour and booted/hour or derivations thereof.

Events are logged when you join a game. Events are also logged when you join a team. TimeInGame - TimeOnTeam = TimeInNOAT

we're really only interested in the time a person is on NOAT while a game is running, otherwise we're recording the inbetween game chats, which although might be the same for everyone there, and maybe on average have the same length, still add noise to our signal and distort it a bit.
