A player with the nick Hesn in game is trying to register on the forums to get into Cadet I, but is only 13. He can't send the form to the proper place given broken linkees, or perhaps just general confuzzledness.

Now telling him to lie isn't something Im going to do given the Thalgor lawsuit Maybe it's a detailed explanation of how to finish the process, a way for him to contact someone to send in the form , or those with the authority to *cough* make the obvious call *cough* pm him in game. Whatever route is choosen Ill be happy to help him/her out if I can

If he's 13, he can register just fine. It's BELOW 13 that is the issue (I just checked just to make sure - put in a date that would end up as 13, and it went through just fine)

To be 13 again... good times.
