I made a minor clarification (about listing who the callsigns should be linked to). Folks will sometimes list the callsigns, without making it clear which ones are supposed to belong to which player. When TE can look at it, he doesn't know how they should be unlinked, so there's PMs back and forth, and additional delay (plus extra work for TE).
Maybe it should be formatted to be clearer, though. Something like:
My Callsigns: Me, Myself, and I
His Callsigns: Him, Brother, Stupido
