I've come to the point where I really only enjoy commanding in this game. Dogfighting isn't what it used to be with me. I guess im more mellow now heh heh

pm Spidey after a thread announcing ACS sign-ups shows up in the front page.
This will likely occur within a couple of weeks, give or take depending on how much off-time the instructors take, as the previous class just ended.
Often times people are rejected and/or deferred before they can get in due to high volumes of requests. Generally a scale of credentials is weighed. (typically I think it's CDT II, or ample game experience, or a record of commanding a lot of games)

For $#@!'s sake, there is an ACS forum. Look for it and the instructions are very apparent.
What, do you think we don't have a forum for the program or something?! I have sympathy for your constant woes with the game but seriously, look at the forum in question before making a General thread unless you want to get flamed.
