Hi all, I've been contemplating this for a while and I am releasing a new core called Neutron_Core. Neutron_Core will be a testbed for new ideas and balances changes to the game, hopefully introducing new more interesting things into allegiance.

Below is the first changelist which isnt completed as yet. Feel free to comment on the changes you see.

I've been looking at madpeoples shipyard idea and im contemplating adding it into this core just to see what kind of feedback I get with it, and inkeeping with constant improvements I'll be looking at omicron as a possible addition to this core for testing.

So far I love it. Stuff talked about in cc forum mostly, but never implemented.

There is a time and a place for democracy, but I support this project totally. I feel this is putting the idea pot of the CC forums to good use.

Looks good. The only thing I would add is to increase TF int sizes slightly. I agree that they're too slim.

Would it be possible to stretch it on one axis? Just make it thicker?
