Love them or hate them they are the most powerful tool to be used with TP2 (ok baring capships... but anyway).

They REQUIRE galvs atm before they can be build, why? They can't have galvs and we are already arguing that galvs are a tool to help SUP but not relied upon.

To delay people getting them? ah I see!

If thats the case link them with cruise booster then, that will delay you getting fig/bs but you won't be wasting money on something you don't need! (Lets say if you are against ICs ungalvable bases).

So in short:

Change their pre-req to cruise booster instead of galvs.

So you want to change it from costing a 2.5k item to costing a different 2.5k item?

Change for change's sake isn't good.

Just because one faction negates galvs doesn't mean the other 7 magically don't matter.
