Anyone else experiencing lockouts with ASGS? You're booted from the game and you're not let back in for an indeterminate amount of time due to "connectivity failure"?
This isn't in helpline because I'm not looking for help, just making a query

I can't say I've experienced that. Sounds like an ISP issue. Perhaps a funky routing or router.

Is that not what happens when the ASGS server goes down?

Yes. I pretty much drop all the time. Either I dplay (mostly from planet) or Alleg is just closing and I have to login with ASGS again. Sometimes it wont let me log back for a minute or two which is usually a good moment to grab a drink or go for a piss
This has happening for such a long time now that I've become so accustomed to dropping that I hardly feel disturbed anymore. Its part of my normal Alleg experience and I was never bothered to try to fix this problem
(But I assume it has to do with my cheap 12mbit connection and WLAN)

I created accounts yesterday. I did not have any problem first getting on. When I came back for a second session, it would not let me on with "bad key". I logged on the account website but did not make any changes. When I tried ASGS again I got right in.

I had to reinstall windows on my home computer two weeks ago. I haven't been able to get back on from home ever since then. I don't think its related to this problem.

I had problems with connectivity on DPlay mode in ASGS. Switching to HTTP fixed it for me though.
