If you have a crash while attempting to play Faction X, please report it here.

Things that I am aware of:

A) Having a custom chat pack will cause Allegiance to crash. You need to grab the regular quickchat.mdl file from here: http://www.matchfiregames.net/andon/raptor...s/quickchat.mdl or modify your sounddef.mdl file to have both the quickchat sounds and the Raptor sounds.
Not overwriting sounddef.mdl or missionbrief.mdl will cause the game to crash. To do this, get the files from here and put them in your artwork directory, overwriting the existing ones. Please note that if you have a custom chat pack, you will need to follow the above.

i started a one person game to check it out and it crashed GPZ on starting.

Was faction x vs a non existing dreg team on max money settings, plentiful, map was HiLo, map revealed and 'roids on high.

That is likely an issue with GPZ itself, then. I've done countless tests, and the only time the server has crashed was when I have done something wrong with said server. I'll still look into it, however

Well, it was more of a bug thing, so I decided to put it here. Balance would have been something like item x is overpowered.

This is for crash reports. The other thread is for everything else. Post it there.

The core cause a crash on the server, its taken offline.
