From what I heard on TS, Imago locked the server then handed it off to Brood. Brood didn't know and launched it.
Also, I'm fairly certain that it's not allowed. It does mean that there are two proper games going, but that doesn't matter since you can't join one of them.

Or just ban him. Either way, this mother$#@!er ALWAYS acts up after a few weeks. The ban needs to be REALLY long this time. Sector alert spamming, general idiocy, this, someone with power needs to end this, or give us permission to set up a "Lobby Ban on Sight" program.

Locking of small games is actually endorsed by me. Locking of the main game when just a few are online, that I do not endorse. I better not see it again.

Dude - I recognize you are a skilled individual who has in-depth knowledge and experience of computer science and Allegiance's sourcecode. But seriously - we are all here to have fun and play friendly games with eachother. Why must you ruin everyone's evening by locking the gameserver, delaying everyone's gaming?
Some people only log in for 1 or 2 hours because that's all the time they have, and during that time all they want to do is play. When the server is locked, they can't and you ruin their evening.
Were you testing something? Trying to see if xyz would work? Don't do it on the live servers - we use those to play together. Fire up your own allsrv and have at 'er. Use the beta servers. Don't ruin everyone else's night.
Show some common $#@!ing courtesy to your fellow community members. Grow up.
