I'm sorry, I did not copy the template. My machine ran allegiance just fine. My son uninstalled allegiance from my laptop. I went to the web site to reinstall it. Ever since I reinstalled it, I log into allegiance just fine, but after a couple minutes of gameplay, it logs me off with no error message. Before I log in, I do the update/repair and that did not help. I never had this problem before my son uninstalled it, so I know my machine is capable of running it. I tried searching this issue on Wiki and in the support, but saw nothing on it. Any helpful advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

If you maximize the message window in ASGS, you can see the error message.

Copying the template will reduce the time it takes us to diagnose the issue.

Could you tell me what message window I need to maximize? The main Allegiance window is maximized, it just drops and the login window shows logged off.

ASGS. The little button to the right of the login button.

Okay, this is what was logged. I've been playing this for several months and have not changed anything with my hardware or with my network. Anything you can tell me would be great. I am normally in middle of a game when this crash happens. I've tried just sitting in the lobby and it does not happen.

This error message is usually thrown when Alleg encounters some corrupt artwork. I suggest you redownload the installer and reinstall again from the fresh one. Just to make sure it's not your HDD acring up, I suggest running checkdisk or similar application to see if there are any badsectors. If that won't help, please report back and post a full template.
