Just tell the annoying $#@!ers to zip it and threaten them with an @alleg. That usually works fine. If that fails go to RT's IRC channel and drag someone back to do it.

I don't want to be an admin, but being able to 0 minute ban MrC for "WTF are you saying" would be nice
