Fix ammo/fuel mass for clarity.

It seems that although cores can set a mass for fuel and ammo, the game ignores the value and uses zero for the purpose of calculating acceleration.

I discovered this after playing with TEK.
TE didn't know this when he made TEK so TEK uses the core value and shows incorrect accelerations.

As a quick fix for TEK and also to keeps things tidy I suggest making the mass zero in the core files.
Since CC is being modified continously, I hope it wouldn't be much trouble to add this itsy bitsy change.
