Capacity doesn't change. No GAs exist for increasing capacity either, at least not in DN (although it would be possible to make such a GA).

EG: Ga'Tarran (DN)
Miner
Hull: 960
Speed: 100
Sig: 225%

Enh. Miner
Hull: 1200
Speed: 100
Sig: 200%

Adv. Miner
Hull: 1500
Speed: 120
Sig: 175%

thanks /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> i just downloaded TEK (which is truly awesome!) but i couldn't find anything about He3 capacity.... but i don't have to so my stupid brain says yay!

edit: grrrr another question, it says that for tf miner energy(J) =1200 and rip cost (J)=80, so i'm assuming that means you use 2/3 of the miners energy when you rip to it? in that case why doens't it recharge during the >5 seconds it takes to rip?
thanks again

Because the energy is drained at the end of the ripcord, not the start.

i'm still confused: like if u have a miner and player A rips to it, at second 8 the nrg of the miner is drained, but 400J is left, and another person starts ripping to it, seconds 8-13 miner nrg recharges to 800, at second 16 person B is teleporting and miner nrg is slightly >800, and is immediately drained to slightly >0, what am i missing here?
thx

I was almost certain there was one that did change the miner capacity (There is the room there for it) but there isn't. I wonder if it's one of the ones that doesn't work...

You're thinking about Yield GA. It doesn't increase capacity, what it does is increase the amount of credits extracted from a unit of He. This, of course, increases the amount of raw cash you draw from a miner load.
