so i signed into teamspeak for the first time. i went to ts.alleg.net, and everyone in main was talking under general allegiance, no password, no nothin. they we talking about stategy and secret plans and such. i dint get it, what if there were blue AND yellow chatting there? they would hear one another's plans!

The general channel is just that... a landing place just like NOAT.
Someone needs to step up and create a channel for their team, then let other players know you're using it. Otherwise lots of folks won't even have it on because during most pick-up games it's rarely used.
ohh... since this question isn't really about technical support, I'm going to close it. If you want to encourage TS use, I suggest you post up on the Gameplay sub-forum.
