Instead of ridding Phoenix, how's we just only remove the assault sheilds and make the transceiver tech expensive? That way, it's harder to get really powerful things like vanguards and vulican cannons. Also, how's having vanguards with lower HULL so they are easier to kill, instead of vanguards that are nearly invincible.

I agree exept for the expensive tech for Nix... And can we also make Phoenix a little better managable?

My full list of what I really ask for:

-Phoenix assault sheilds are either GONE or atleast 4 times weaker
-No Nova Bomb Reactors
-transceiver tech are now 4 times more expensive
-Vanguards have 2 times higher signature and cost 2000 creds a ship (corvette is 3000) or maybe even take it off
-vulican cannons consume all energy in 10 seconds (ADV fig, no energy GA's)
-laser cannons have lower shots-per-second due to the awesome accuracy
-better interceptor hull (the only perk-up)
-every ship's hull is weaker (except interceptor and scout)

Noir's faction. He can decide what to do with it, I don't think the CC staff are going to try and balance it.

4 times weaker is alot...
and anyway, noone ever manages to get all the transiever cheese outside of side games, where most people refuse to launch untill there is no nix (on dn anyway)
4 times more expensive is insane anyway

Why not just make the Nova Bombs weaker (a lot weaker) so they can be distoryed? (before they explode)
