Alternate Sounds
Step 1: Download it
Step 2: Unzip it to your artwork directory in your allegiance folder.
Step 3: (Re)start Allegiance
These are alternate sounds for the following things:
Boundary Alert
Miner Messages (AAAAAHHHH!!! *Booming Voice* Unit Offline)
The sound that alephs make when you are near them (They make a windy sound now)
Grouping and Ungrouping Weapons
Hitting rocks if you are so inclined to do so
New Researches (We've completed Radical improvements to our station.)
New Station Messages (Under Attack. Going to Red Alert!)
Docking
Exiting Alephs
Dropping mines
Picking up pods (And Ripcording)
The Sound that miners make when they are mining
Low Ammo and Energy Sound (They are really noticable now)
Cloak engaged and cloak disengaged (I am sick of hearing both of them. They are now just sounds)
Outpost building (Completed construction of new installation!)
A few more.
I do not have a reverse patch for the sounds so it may be wise to backup all of the files or you will be stuck with these sounds (Not that theres anything wrong with that of course.)
I have already been told that the aleph exiting sound is a disimprovement to the original sound. Tell me your opinion!
