They're either gonna spend their spare time making drivel, or posting drivel. At least with the former they stay busy and aff (away from forum) for a period.

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.

Just becuase they make a faction doesn't mean that it'll get on AU.
Also! if they truly do test their stuff, they'll know more about allegiance and are more likely to be able to do something useful
