Raising int signature is an issue that's been brought up, but I don't think that addresses the core issue with respect to ints.

Increase base fuel capacity, Disallow fuel in cargo. Decrease base speed.

That would require a damage table restructuring unless you also wanted to nerf the other very light weapons too.

Eh what? If memory serves, mini is its own damage class (and is already pretty nerfed against util: 0.25x damage modifier). What other light weapons are you refering to?

Scan range reduction = ints exactly the same on defense, and exactly the same on attack except for needing scout support. What whore wouldn't want a combat nan along anyway? I don't understand why more int whores don't support this idea.
