A few questions about lag jumping to help my computer and help other people aim at me easier.
Ok. First of all, how do I decrease lag jumping.
Second of all, can you give me a small list of "no no's" to prevent me from opening programs or doing things that would end up provoking lag?
if I decrease my lag using whatever steps nescessary, people will hit me better right?

just remember to avoid using the int agility sideways (ie: don't press two opposite sidethrusters on a short interval). The longer the time you keep your thuster pressed down, the easier it is for the server to account for your movement

1. Don't run any programs while playing allegiance that may connect to the internet.
2. Don't worry about lagjumping. It requires premeditated intent to execute.

Hint: Torrenting "German Jugs Issue #450" is something to be avoided.
Otherwise I'd agree with Evin but this thread is probably going to degenerate in about five or so posts. So I'm getting my word in quickly.

i think he ment actual "lagging" jumping rather than exploiting.
But yeah, just make sure you have no other programs running if you are having a problem. Also maybe you live far away from one of the servers? Take note of your ping on each server and learn which one sucks for you etc.

I wonder if this is supposed to be sarcasm?
I'm reminded of a post by OneManBucket where he fished for information about the ASGS, and soon after was banned for circumventing callsign limits. I hope I'm just a needlessly suspicious guy, and you aren't actually looking for information about how to kick up your lag when you want to. /huh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":huh:" border="0" alt="huh.gif" />

when your lagging , try to bomb, it really sux defending vs a lagging bomber =).... Your trying to get rid of what most people strive for lol ..

P.s. #2 adept, id vouch for sakudas character, hes quite an honest individual. and as far as lag jumping goes, most ppl can figure out tapping. its just annoyingly difficult to use with any kina awesome success. easier just to be a good whore.
